Battery Concept - Reversed Roles
I had a thought today, and like most of my ideas, it's probably not a new one, but, I've never heard of it "out there", so, if it is being worked on, or if you have thoughts on it, please let me know!

Take your conventional battery, we have two dissimilar solid metal electrodes and some liquid electrolyte to create galvanic action.

What if we reversed the roles?

What if the metals were the electrolyte and the liquids were the electrodes?

Then we could "charge" vast quantities of liquids, and pump it into containment, if and when we wanted reaction.
