Hello guys,

i would like you ask for help in my hho project.
What i doing :

I created from arduino and simple modules self-tuning platform for reaserching impact of short impulses on process spliting water molecule.
I bulid on in my bachelor degree, and successfully defended it before the Commission. I am able to create electrolysis without heating the water. It sound maybe complicate but its easy acualy(electrolye, induction and control unit picture) : You must be logged in to see this link.
Now i tryng scale whole thnig up.

My problem :

It all work for while but after disasemby and tramsporting all stuff to another city i cant get switching module get working. Every time it burn instantly my IGBT mosfet witch isnt cheap for studen like me. I need build new idiot proof switching module for voltage 40v+ and aproximatly 2-3 amps. I tryd do this with optocoupler and zener diode like protection but i burn another FET. I have no idea what i doing wrong. Do you have pls any good schematig for switching module with all posible protection?

Thank you for answer.

I am not a electronics guy but work with HHO allot. Have you double checked your wires and connection ext? Hopefully one of the electrical guys here will help you shortly. Thanks for joining us here at IAEC. Darrell

Hi Danoseus,and welcome aboard.
You could give this circuit a try,and it's quite simple to make.I have tried it myself, and it works quite well.

Thx for reply tinman. Your schematic is nice, but i need use 30v supply voltage + to my electrolyzer and induction to have HV spikes above 500v+ in resonance.

I my project i rely on short HV spikes, what give me electrolysis reaction without heating water itself. Its similar principle like breaking diaelectric of capacitor. I charging my cell to HV until it break water by short current burst(diaelectric breakdown of water) ....

This is almost imposible with 555 timers, because resonance point is moving durning raction. Second problem is that 555 dont have stable freq., so you be never able to tune it corectly. I spend lot of time playing with IO 555 and 4046, its dead end. You are able with this IO make electrolysis, but you never achive any current efficiency above 65 procent.

Hi Danoseus
I am not acustom to high voltage HHO circuit's other that my LENR experiments, where i just use rectified 240 ac.
Maybe something like a tesla tank circuit, where you use your HHO cell as the cap. This would allow a self tuning circuit, and very high voltages.
There is a member here named Kultus, who has done a lot of work with high voltage circuit's.
I will see if i can get together with him,and put a circuit together for you-if that would help.
