Hey 49er
Just wondering how much it has cost you to get where you are with your solar set up?

@pc good time to buy solar right now. Today I just picked up 1kW @ 0.58 watt + $350 delivery. Similar deal on ebay last week, too, was up, but being Canadian I missed on that one.

Hi pc

SD3T gave me this and Ebay also works bottom line add cost + shipping and divide by total watts should be under 1.60 a watt. here is what SD3T found.

Thanks
Did you go with the 24v or the 12. I'm thinking 24 volt so you don't have to get as many and have more amps. Am I thinking right.

Hi pc

For the most part yes but some things will cost more because it is 24 and not 12. example to make a bank it will take twice as many batteries to come up with what you want in 12v but you only have 1/2 the wire size to carry the same load like that. 24 is better IMHO but a little more costly
