I really don't know and hope some here does..

My new RC Copter came in and it's supplied with a euro plug. The balance charger it comes with states 110v 900ma input.

1st, Not seeing why I can't just plug in one of my Ac to DC adaptors I have around here. As long as I meet the requirements of input.

But 2nd, Can I just re-wire the plug it came with two a standard 2 US wall plug?

Hi odd

Your e adapter should have a step up double also your bc6 should work to.

Looks like it will be a while before I can shot a pic to ya.. Haven't backed up in a while... 244 to go..

Really prefer to use the B6, but the battery has 3 connections (no diagram).
I can feed the balance charger with the B6, but don't believe I'll get the read like I would if direct to the battery.

Going through all my 'catch-all' boxes trying to find a jack that matches.. Swear that euro too... I'm either just smaller or just bigger..

Once my updating completes I shoot you a pic or two.

Here we go!

Which one is positive?
Both look the same

Can you see the 3 connections?

What do you think?

I'm also reading that it doesn't matter which of the two pins on photo one are positive..
Really?? That doesn't seem right..

HI ODR
The power supply unit is a switched mode type power supply that will work on any AC mains voltage input between 100 and 240 volts
simply plug it into a suitable converting adapter and that's it .... no need for a transformer

Didn't wish to kill it before flying it.
Having plenty chances of that in flight... LOL

Hi ODR

Your charger 2 out side big slots are your + and - the 3 slots in the middle are your balance wires but you will have to check which is which. my guess is 2 out side slots are - of bat 2 and center will be + of bat 2 and - of bat 1 then what is leftover is + of bat 1. So your voltage should show which is the same on the each bat for the ends and the one in the middle should show you a reading for both + one way and - the other side. Clear as mud LOL

That makes sense! Scary huh..

I made up a jumper to power the Euro switch, so now the battery is charged. I'll go get my muti-meter and check this.

I'm waiting for the winds to die down a bit before the maiden flight. This one's a bit bigger than my last one and will handle some wind. But she's a blowin' today...

Will have to work out a connector so I can use my B6. I have greater faith in the B6 than the stock charger..

Thanx Doug!
