AGM Batteries have very fine fibre boron glass mat layered between each of the internal plates.
Does any one know if the SSG can charge these batteries ,are they lead acid ?

Hi jneo

Yes the SSG will charge them, BUT it doesn't help because they are not lead acid. I have used distilled water in them and they do last for a while, but no long term results. Some last and some don't and all of mine were 5 to 10 AH nothing bigger. Hope this helps
