I use a circuit that is self oscillating. The transistor goes into oscillation at 1.5 to 3 mhz. This is good for Wireless Energy transfer I describe some of the details in the videos, Hope this helps

This is interesting.
Care to draw up a circuit to be replicated?

Not sure where this fits into my repbutare of experiments, but Very interesting.
